Not really. It's Torontocast's stream, and they've said they've never had an issue with station heard in the US. The worse they can do is geoblock the US, but it's not happened yet to any of their stations, and, fingers crossed,it won't happen anytime soon.

I've now moved over to TorontoCast, and feeling pretty good about it. Their support is excellent. I have the pop-up player and widgets on my station page and I'm seeing good listener numbers (for Fusion 101, that is). I'd like to know if anyone has posted, or is working on, a message to their audience about the move out of Radionomy. I'd like to get ideas as to what to put on my web site. I put a notice on my own web page but few people look at that. I plan to say something similar on the Radionomy station page ...

I took the one-month-free offer on Hazel (Evercast Pro Single). So far so good...

Will I lose my place in iTunes if I move to TorontoCast?
iTunes is still about 27% of my station players (now under Shoutcast).

I'm not sure where to find this information on TorontoCast site. When you upload your songs, does their system automatically encode to your selected bitrate, or do you have to encode every song yourself?
