Many producers have been asking about this and, of course, there is nothing by silence from Radionomy because, Radionomy. Best advice: Start setting up another station as a backup to replace your current station if it is deleted. You can simply start a new station with a just-slightly different name...

The new producers pact made it pretty clear. It says nothing about a music library, and it says you need to (legally) obtain and upload audio files for your radio.

Radionomy hasn't explained the change (as they never explain anything) but it probably has something to do with copyright rules.

The response doesn't really answer the question. They have no plans to add Radionomy stations "at this time." But the question was, would they do so if all the legal issues were resolved?

I would say that question remains unanswered, because TuneIn doesn't want to speculate.

Purfles, just be aware that once you generate your first planning, you are "on the air" and need to continue generating for every day going forward!

You probably don't have enough music in your boxes - or enough different artists - to satisfy the constraints. So the planner can't find tracks it's allowed to play. The minimum separation between two tracks by the same artist is 45 minutes. You can set it higher but not lower. So for example if you...

I can't speak for Radionomy but I believe I understand what Domi is saying and why the pact doesn't simply say "Radionomy pays royalties." There are various kinds of royalties due for various uses of music. Radionomy pays for the right to broadcast the music - in this case, by streaming. (...

Two points. First, Radionomy is doing its usual terrible job of communicating, and the result is that a lot of producers are panicking over nothing. Second, there is a logical reason for Radionomy to say that it covers "all costs relating to broadcasting rights" -- and not simply say "...

What do you mean by take ownership? We have dedicated app created by nobex partners.. we already "own" them.. It's complicated, having to do with the way GooglePlay operates. I believe it was spelled out in Nobex emails to the partners (I'm not a partner but read about it in the facebook ...

I hope to get the 3 months goal and then to get to the 130 one, but that will be a hard one i think. The 3 month goal of 12 hours average daily listening is easy to hit - Just keep one device tuned in yourself, to monitor your program. The 130 goal is, yes, much harder to reach, and that's where yo...

On top of the loss of listeners from TuneIn and from geoblocked countries, the Stats - by which we are evaluated - are now obviously false. My station's listenership is small, I know, ranging from just a couple of listeners to 6 or 8. I've only been on Radionomy for a few months, and haven't been ab...
