A quick tuto trainning for those which do not know it. How to listen to a radionomy radio via vlc media player or similar software
This method allow you to listen to a radio on any multimedia software thatever your O.S is mac, Windows, macintosh, .....
That also allow you NOT using an Internet navigator to listen to the radio.
You need :
* the radionomy radio stream URL (check on the page of the radio in question)(I;e http://listen.radionomy.com/RADIO-NAME)
* vlc media player
* stage: 1.0: Openning the stream
=> first of all open vlc.
=> then click on file, then open a flow network,
=> type the stream address
=> then click play.
vlc then will read stream quasi instantaneously
* stage 2.0: To record the list of reading
=> click on media,
=> then on recording the list of reading.
Here is with the place or you will have saved the list it will be enough for you double to click on the file for to listen to the radio in question.
With some radio operators it happened that sometimes instead of radio operator "X" one arrives on radio "Y", there, the solution is very simple it is enough to read the file with the reader Windows media or realplayer and to choose the radio in question in the list.
The file obtained functions with any multimedia player (on Windows at least) I tested with vlc media player reader Windows media, and realradio, and winamp.)
The advantage of this method is that, if you to listen via realradio or vlc (I believe that there is has this function but I am not on!) you can record what occurs in the radio. in a click. good listening, and by hoping that you will have included/understood this tuto.
