Months ago I made my own Facebook app https://www.facebook.com/OldiesNL/app/1850929595185130/
There is a producer asking me how do I do that.
Are there more producers interested in how you can do this?
If so, I want to make a tutorial.
Attention, it only works if your site has an SSL certificate and you have access to the root of your site.

I find this initiative very interesting. However, I don't understand why an SSL is needed. I thought that SSL is mainly required to establish a secure connection and ensure credit card transactions and sensitive data transfer. I would also like to know if in order to create a Facebook App I need to have my "own" website or I can use the website provided by Radionomy (i.e. http://65-75oblivionboulevard.playtheradio.com).

Many thanks in advance for your prompt response and best wishes for 2018.

Facebook apps work with a script on the server where your website is located, one of the requirements of Facebook is an SSl certificate to accept that script.
