It would be good if you could FREEZE some place in your webpage, to hold the player... Resets and restards are not very good option, do you agree?
In mine I Freezed the top, the pages only changes below... the player is fixed!

Your page layout are good and modern :)

Or have the player open in a new window to a specific size.

For auto posting songs to my Twitter account, I use http://www.twitterautopost.com/features/

The reason I do this is with 6 stations, my Twitter feed would be a mess if I used the autopost from Radionomy. I have the setting set at 2 posts per station per day. The posts include (optional) buy links, artist photo and tweet to artist option.

You can see how it works on my Twitter page https://twitter.com/SkylyneRadio

This is a top tip! Very useful for everyone! Thanks a lot!

I agree that frames will work better. However I am on WIX and I still need to figure out how it works on Wix. As you know, there are limitations to wix but I am sure there is a way. I dont know coding or web development so Im still learning things every day. :)

To create a pop up window, I use this easy to use tool http://echoecho.com/toolpopupgenerator.htm . No coding knowledge needed. Just copy and paste once you have the pop up set the way you like.

I can tell you having come from Live365 (RIP) that some stations simply don't become successful no matter what you do. You can promote yourself everywhere to the point of exhaustion & end up with very little or nothing.

I can vouch for that!

Back in 2000, I started a station called PopGoesAsia playing a mix of Jpop, Kpop, Tpop (Thai), Cantopop and Mandopop. I thought it was cool, but I think people are into one language/culture. No matter what I did, it never really took off. As my personal tastes gravitated to MandoPop (and since it was the hardest to find with Romanised meta-data), I created Mandarin Radio in 2002.

THAT one took off like a rocket! Once I went to x5000 on Live365, Mandarin Radio quickly became the #3 International station and The #1 Asian station on iTunes radio with over 100 listeners at all hours. We beat Putamayo and David Byrne's channel. I quit broadcasting MandarinRadio at the start of 2012 when the reporting to Soundexchange got to be a PIA.

So finding a good niche is key. My audience is Sinophiles, Language Learners and the Chinese diaspora who may speak (but not read or write) Mandarin. Pop Goes Asia catered only to the musically Asian-curious. That's hardly a solid or easy-to-target audience.

I just re-launched Mandarin Radio here on Radionomy about 36 hours ago. I'm still in stealth mode (working out the rough spots and cleaning the digital cobwebs off the website) but I seem to have picked up about 4 listeners (other than me) who don't leave. Not bad considering I have told nobody.

I'll kick off the promotion to coincide with Chinese New Year.
Wish me luck on the resurrection!

A lot of it is just dumb luck though where success breeds success.
I started a station called 1000 Classical Hits, left it alone and got on promoting 1967 Plus.
Without doing anything the station took off and now gas close to 10,000 TLH/day and it is often ranked as number 1 on Radionomy Classical.
1967 Plus that I worked so hard on only gets about 900 TLH/day and generates zero revenue but gets lots of fan mail.
For nine months I plugged a Jazz Station to no avail it folded.

Great advice for a newbie station like myself and coming back now and again to this post for inspiration .
Thanks
