RadioStPete is producing a hyper local station with quite a bit of local information/talk content recorded daily and uploaded. I have been on the air since last July. Yesterday - when I tried to add new content - I got an error message saying that I had hit the 3000 maximum file limit and could not add any more.

I have been adding most of the talk content to "Jingles" and "Podcasts" but now get the 3000 file limit error message eveywhere talk can be added.

Can this file limit be expanded?

Or is there a place where I can go to delete old files to free up space to add more.

This is a critical issue. I can't add files for my weekend contributors or update the daily calendar. I can delete files but cannot add new ones.

RadioStPete was recently featured as the Pure Play of The Day in RAIN News and has also gotten quite a bit of exposure locally.

I need to get this problem fixed within 24-48 hours or will be in real trouble.

Can you help??? thanks. Joe Bourdow I will loack here .... my email address is joebourdow@gmail.com. Thank you.

Hi

Yes you can go to « owner » ( up of the screen / left when you are on audio TAB )

So there, you have all your database : The source

Every file , suppressed “there” will be automaticly delete from all your playlists and files

You will have to re-fix the playlists and specially the templates and planning , after having delete the files from this source.

Your template will be perturbated and of course, the impact on the planning will be certain.

That’s the only way to delete files, knowing that 3000 is the max authorized by RDNMY

Best

Pierre

really?, Just 3000 songs ? That's a bit small for a 24hr daily runtime.
