I find the uploaded songs limit of 1000 (and later 3000) a bit small. If you upload enough different tracks for the first 48 hours, you are nearly at your limit. I would prefer not to be restricted to such a narrow Rotation as I find it annoying when a Station keeps playing the same tracks and I guess other listeners do as well. Is it possible to stream direct from your PC to Radionomy so that Radionomy then broadcasts your stream?

Yes you can, but you always have to generate a planning on the RMO even if you don't use it.

The kicker, fr1, is that you must have at least one listener in order for the "live" broadcast to connect.

The one listener could include yourself if you have Winamp or another media player program tuned into your station, but have the volume turned down...

Yes, RadioXUS, but they frown on you doing that. It's against the Radio Producers pact. Just sayin'.........

That may be. But I recall Domi mentioning that was one way to be sure your live broadcast keeps going.

Hey, your call. But they don't want broadcasters artificially inflating their listeners, which that does by one--plus 24 listenIng hours. I'm with you on this. I wish they would just waive that requirement and let us go "live" if we wish.

I think it's a technical limitation because of the RMO.
