Post subject:  Problem with planning

Hello,

I do some planning this afternoon, and it worked well. Tonight I try to do new planning, the continuation of my current ones, but it say me every time "unknow". But I have only modified song broadcast settings in my box. So I clicked to reset them by default but that does not change anything, the planning still does not work.

What can I do ? I did not touch anything else. I do not know what to do, I have only five days with planning, after that my listeners will leave without music...

It's my radio station :

I also faced the same problem! As "unknown". I tried to create a new box and a new playlist. The result is the same!

I have the same issue. I've been using a particular Day Template for the last week or so. It's about to run out so I simply dragged it over to the next day (tomorrow) and now it shows up "unknown." It worked fine for the last couple weeks, but today it won't generate a usable playlist.

So... I tried recreating templates, boxes, clocks, shuffling things around, changing criteria... nothing. Can't get a single plan set up any more.

Occasionally the log says several songs were rejected because "The box was ignored. No track is matching the criterias defined by the constraints." But now, with a single box with many hours/tracks, it shows no errors in the log but simply says "The planning has been generated and saved," even though it still shows "unknown" and no plan for the day.
