There was a question in the forum regarding how to record your stream. The thread is locked, so I thought I'd post my suggestion for recording your radio stream on a Mac with OSX.

Mac OSX Users:
To record your radio station stream, you might try using the free Soundflower audio system extension that allows you to redirect audio from one source (such as your browser or music player) to other applications (such as Garage Band) for recording. I use it frequently for routing audio inputs/outputs when doing webcasting. Soundflower provides an easy method of routing your radio stream into a recording app.

To get the free Soundflower app and get more information on what it does, go to the author's website at http://cycling74.com/products/soundflower/

I would imagine there are similar apps for the PC/Windows and Linux crowd. If you know of any, feel free to mention them here. So far, I've not had a reason to record my stream, but it could come in handy when trying to describe problems that can only be explained by listening to what occurred.

Great post, I use Soundflower also, as well as Audio Hijack, which uses Soundflower to record audio from any application, and also allows timed recording, although it's not free (don't remember the cost, not alot though, I've had it forever)
