And then the EU is still keen on negotiating with TTIP? I know it's a bit off-topic, but if we're all dancing to the American lobbies' tune (I don' t care which kind of lobby), we won't be allowed anything particular in Europe, let alone a (risky, as it seems at the moment) project like Radionomy.

I guess Sony got the idea of sueing radionomy for low royalties once their competitor (Vivendi Universal) took it. Well, well,...

I have decided to remove three of my five streams here at Radionomy. No point in trying to keep them going with these events. These streams were above the 130hour/day mark, but have fallen significantly in the past week.

I understand you.

My station is still online. But since there are these kind of issues, there's no motivation to add new songs or to spend time and money on new jingles. It feels useless. When (at a certain moment) there's a steady future for Radionomy, I possibly will resume changing things to my station, but at the moment everything is 'on hold'. In the meanwhile, I just hope to keep +130 hours with the current structure, database and jingle package.

But I've already noticed losing much of my audience last week.

My feelings also. Time to sit back and wait.

I've decided to pull the plug, some hours ago, after a couple of days filled with racking my brains. It's enough.

I'm just hoping there's a future for my favorite Radionomy stations, here or in an independant way (Radio Tijdloos, Double XX, Radio Fly Foot Selecta, International Rare Groove, AlternativeRadio). The possibility to lose those stations worries me.

Problem with the first one is the fact it seems the only station on earth with that format. My dad, who likes it even more, already isn't able to listen to it anymore with his strictly TuneIn based Squeezebox. I'm glad my own internetradios are all VTuner based, which is more 'open'.

Squeezebox isn't strictly limited tot TuneIn. TuneIn is just one of the twenty catalogs you can add. You can easily add the whole Radionomy-catalog or the Shoutcast-catalog. http://www.mysqueezebox.com/index/Home

O.k., I will give it a try when I've got the chance (dad doesn't know much about that radio, beside on/off and using the pre-selection buttons - installed by me).

Maybe there's a possibility to add the listen link manually?

I've not found that option. In fact, it's an old Squeezebox transformed into an UE Smart Radio (softwarewise).

It was possible when I bought the radio in 2011, with the original Squeezebox concept. Maybe it's time to put the old software back (in case it's possible).
