Producers who went to Shoutcast are responsible for all copyrighted music royalties.
Shoutcast doesn't pay any royalties.

Radionomy being based in Belgium was paying SABAM for their copyrighted music royalties prior to 2016.

There was disclaimer placed on the Radionomy website "Any litigation or legal proceedings arising, not resolved by mediation or arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels Courts".

If this disclaimer was completely true, this should completely have their copyright infringement dismissed in Northern California and send Sony to file suit in Brussels Belgium.

Instead a judge denied Radionomy motion to have the lawsuit dismissed based on the following fact.
Radionomy has assets in the United States and had every intention of serving the American market, which is outside their home country of Belgium.

As a result, they agreed to pay Sound exchange for all copyrighted music royalties for their listeners based in America, perhaps as a out of court settlement.
Removing many Radionomy producers online streams from tunedin, without warning.
Forcing all Radionomy producers (who had American listeners) to use the Radionomy players, without notice.
Only communicating with RAIN News important announcements that should have been placed in this forum in the first place.

Keep in mind your stream is completely owned by Radionomy, this is why title Radionomy or Shoutcast producer comes in play.

Live365 pays all copyrighted music royalties to proper collective societies in the UK Canada & America, then invoices it's producers for what it has paid in their monthly paid subscriptions.
Revenue earned from Live365 version of targetspot, helps their producers costs in regards to copyrighted music royalties and paid hosting fees.

Shoutcast may not pay any copyrighted royalties on behalf of their producers, but this does not completely exonerate themselves from another copyright infringement claim from Sony.

I no longer take any word from Radionomy face value, after they threw most of producers under the bus hard starting their American producers in May, then the rest of us in December.

Enough said about Radionomy and copyrighted music royalties..
It be interesting to see what becomes of Radionomy in 2020.

Best Wishes
Simon

Strange  no stream drops for days on ghost stations respectively on our ex stream links.
They resist the disease.
It seems that the radiodropoutomy-virus is defeated.

But they says that a new epidemic in a slightly mutated form is on the way already infecting new victims.
Not sure the name was, hmm..., shou.., shi.., ca..., yes this is it! shou-cas-titis!
The doctors do not seem to have found an antidote and are speechless.

So, once again:
Please wipe all deleted station streams, also from those station that have not switched to shoutcast.
We deserve a fresh start, do not redirect to other stations and do not keep alive ghost streams, so that the victims can recover.

 Or what about we send you our new stream links so that you can awaken the ghosts to new life.?

Regards
Roc

I have sent an email with this question.

Perhaps it is better to provide a list of station names. Then they can start working in a more targeted way.

One of the stations is: Studio2bij3

See him still in the list and has been offline / deleted for almost 6 months.

That was common with RadioNomy.
Had to do with dead links on the radio portals

yes, but now they no longer have the dead links problem, Radionomy is dead now; at least they could play a loop, "this channel is no longer available on this platform";
