I'm seeing huge numbers of accesses to my station from Kazakhstan at the moment, it's been happening for around 30 minutes

Seeing as we're an English speaking Pagan station, I doubt we've suddenly become the number one station in Kazakhstan, is Radionomy suffering DDOS attack?

I think it is just multiple attempts to connect (which I am guessing the radionomy servers bounce most of the time) - I have noticed this numerous times myself from various countries. I believe (but am not sure) that this originates from either Android or Bass players trying to establish multiple connections with the radionomy servers. I have seen the same thing with other apps/games which are trying to port across a lot of data reliably.

Hello,

Probably a search engine bot scanning your pages. These are 0 second connections.

I don't think so - they wouldn't originate from Kazakhstan or some of the other countries I have seen them coming from, and search engines don't bother to obfuscate where they come from. I usually get mine from the countries where I have the most listeners. I noticed a big increase in them when my station was listed in a particular app that uses the Bass player (and I checked by using that app myself), so I suspect it was something to do with the way they coded their implementation.
