Post subject:  CUSTOMER ADVISORY PANEL

I would strongly like to suggest to the powers at Radionomy that a Customer Advisory Panel be created with one clear purpose which is to provide Radionomy's management with real customer feedback, concerns, and suggestions.

I have never seen a company with so much promise operate in a vacuum without regard to its real time customers needs.

For a company the size of Radionomy to not have a reliable way for customers technical questions to be tracked and addressed via a ticket system is almost laugh out loud funny in this tech savvy day and age. My own iStreamMedia has a help desk and ticket system and we deal with far less issues than you folks at Radionomy.

I am no longer comfortable putting the reputation of my own company on the line technically when I can't get fast, reliable, support from my provider.

I know there are many more people out there who feel the same way we at iStreamMedia feel about these issues and we deserve qualified timely answers from people in positions qualified to give them.

I personally offer mine and my staffs participation in an Advisory Panel and I would ask others who's businesses rely on the quality of the Radionomy service join us in calling for such a panel.
