Greetings --

Search as I might, I have not been able to find a direct way to get tech support. If someone knows a way, please tell me. If there is a better thread here in which to get tech support please advise.

My issue is this. I keep getting DMCA violation E-Mails stating that my stream has violated the Broadcasting Rules. The problem is, we didn't. On one occasion I got one for accidentally streaming our station jingle twice in a row. Another time, I was in the middle of a four hour long talk show with no music in the program. The latest one we received gave a count of how many we have been sent, indicating there was a limit and we might soon be banned.

There doesn't seem to be anyway to communicate these mistakes to a human. I realize these violation E-Mails are automatically generated, but this auto-scanning is obviously flawed and producing mostly false positives. We would be pretty upset if we were banned for these false violations. Is there no way to discuss this with actual humans at Radionomy?

My suggestion is two fold. One, you need to enact a way to discuss these violation E-Mails with a human at tech support in realtime, so that a broadcast is not cut due to a false positive. The second suggestion is to work to make a better scanner so these false positives are lessened.

First, you will probably get quicker responses in the "Technical Support" forum, so I'd go there first.

Second, there is no direct way to reach anyone at this time, other than by these forums.

Hello,

Please forward the "live audit" email you received with its attached text file to support@radionomy.com

I'm aware that there are "false positive" as you said we'll check that quickly.

Thank you so much!! I will forward the latest one we got, it was just after last nights live show started. I don't know for positive, but the only thing I could think of that we did was stream our station jingle twice in a row. I realize from time to time we may screw up and actually violate the broadcast rules. We never do it on purpose, but we are still responsible if we do it. But my main concern is in "scrubbing" our record of the false ones, as the E-Mail seems to indicate you all are keeping count and may punish us if we reach a certain number of these violations.

P. S. I had no idea the text files contained the actual "violations" scanned. Indeed, all three rules audit violation E-Mails we have received for our current station were obviously false positives as you can see from these text files. So I forwarded all three of these recent rules audit E-Mails with attached text files to Support as you requested. Again, we are not complaining about getting them - especially if we screw up which may happen someday. But if we could get our "record" scrubbed of these false ones so that we don't get deactivated that would be awesome.

I looked everywhere since we have been on Radionomy, I can't find any such "Support Forum". would you mind dropping a link here?

Thanks to you both for helping us out. We absolutely love Radionomy and we desperately want to be good broadcasters, and positive members of this community.
