yes i get every second newsletter, this one i did get however and i had many mixed feelings upon reading it, i read on the french forum that one of them has been here for over four years and this is first time he has addressed the producers personally, make of that what you will..but its a baby step in the right direction, it would be all too easy to pull his excuses apart bit by bit, (like maybe he shouldn't be telling producers to start up two maybe more

finally he has at very least started to address the issues or actually admit, yes, things went wrong. that's a minor miracle and we get too few of those.
