How pleasant. Another horrible experience with Radionomy.

Radionomy deleted everything I've done with my station. Thousands of hours of work put into that brand. New website, domain, marketing, promos, imaging, hundreds of hours editing tags, building shows.

They delete everything with no warning.

Then they send an email that says "Sorry, you didn't make it to our standards. We've deleted everything. Please try again from the start." Yeah right FUG YOU. Start again under those policies? F YOU.

They could have sent that email 12 hours before deleting and saved me so much time.

But no, they didn't, because they don't care about their programmers.

Run run run away from Radionomy!
No point in investing so much time and effort into being treated like this.

BOO RADIONOMY. 14 months of hard work down the drain. Horrible. You guys have your head so far up your ass when it comes to customer support.

if this is indeed the case for my radios as well, then we are considering legal action as well. Under cuurent agreement in effect during operation, payment is defined per 1000 hours.

Radionomy will suffer their own reputation in due course. We have evidence logs showing volume of listeners, and observe SIGNIFICANT SPIKES in theor reported numbers which we believe are actual, and not FOLTERED to misrepresent trie traffic.

Should their arrogance be that which smacks on the face of their juvinile managed image
they will be their own demise and appear as 'a bunch of French speaking jocks who don't know the first thing about business'

Prove me wrong Radionomy, and I will delete this comment.
You have 24 hours to reinstate barbwires and barbedwiresradio

as an aside, I personally believe they hate people who are brighter than them and beat them in their own game falling to jealosy's mistress

It's not going to happen. Hopefully the understandable, but verging on racist, vitriole will subside as well.

yes name calling isn't going to help, what happened today was bad business for sure but had nothing to do with nationality

technically they didn't break their TOS , its put together really vaguely and somewhat ambiguously as well
ethically however, i don't think today's actions have done them any favours.

I understood the agreement. I was not sufficiently notified either of the coming review or the deletion.

It was done without my knowledge. In this day and age they could have easily informed me several different ways of my status and allowed me to collect my content. Or moved to a new station to "try again" as they say.

Their tone is so contrite, so smarmy, and they just delete all of your hard work in 1 second. Then they email you.

Totally ridiculous. I'm american so we don't share law jurisdictions, but I am most definitely not doing any kind of business with this company ever again, and I warn all of you for when your day comes where they blast your accounts without you knowing, under the guise of their "agreement".

Your crappy agreement might be legal but it's still crappy. And it turns a big supporter of yours into a hater immediately. On an otherwise innocent Friday morning.

In complete and TOTAL agreement. Radionomy is out for only one thing RADIONOMY.
RADIONOMY is not the least OPEN, and hides access to station logs, while providing a FILTERED and possibly altered presentation.

Radionomy counts on YOUR hard work to build station IMAGE and following, only to shut you down whenever they CLAIM low stats. They do it without facts and REAL data.

The FIRST thing RADIONOMY does is to instruct to STATIONs to use CNAME - this makes the first change to get a REFERENCE INTO RADIONOMY that could be more difficult to REMOVE, at least slower.

Second, STATIONS build links into RADIONOMY via TuneIn, etc. etc. etc. to build stations support. The amount of effort in this portion of time is HUGE.

RADIONOMY provides no VALUABLE communications and makes changes AT WILL.

When we started with this organization, they only supported EN and FR, and most good support was on via multiple social feeds, which RADIONOMY for the most part, IGNORED. Then they consolidated into a single @Radionomy.

NEXT They THREW MASSIVE CHANGES at stations, and for the better part of DECEMBER and JANUARY were BROKEN AND SPOTTY - just plain 'elementary school' class of professionalism. Naughty naughty.

They appear Arrogant. For the most part, during the HIGHLY BROKEN ERA, their "high flyer" coddled stations were of course working, WELL AT LEAST MOST DAYS.

RADIONOMY DOES NOT VALUE YOUR WORK. They spit a "below level" message at us and DELETED EVERYTHING, we spent the BETTER PART OF A YEAR WATCHING THEM SCREW UP.

IN ANY LANGUAGE - "it sucks". Poor Social integration, many many complaints, and very spottly service with no "refined" player instance, after all this is RADIO, and the whole point is PLAYING.

My personal opinion is they offer too much, and when their "broadcasting costs associated with artists rise because artists are better at reclaiming monetary payment - they will shut you down.

Their UI is bordering on a 'bad joke' with components missing unless you use a desktop the size of JUPITOR, and they changed that many time and RELEASED it BROKEN PIECE BY BROKEN PIECE.

I agree my friend, they are FOE, as based on their FRIEND/FOE classification for their own Social Board.

IN CLOSING - they offer "TRY AGAIN"..... For our experience they FORCE ERRORs all over a new create, and a new station CANNOT BE created - just one more FOUL up, and these Foulers are all fouled up!. Bye beach, were off to the mountain. Cheerio ; >

WHAT THEY REALLY DO IS NOT, yes NOT TURN OFF the station they are taking down, THEY POINT IT TO THEIR NEXT FAVORITE NOMY baby. Check it out, a defunct station still plays on TUNEIN AND ELSEWHERE because they POINT THE REFERENCE to SOME OTHER STATION. Brilliance in defiant arrogance. Well done - leaving you to clean up the mess -

Yep -- all of my marketing (some paid) now points to another radionomy stream. Convenient for them. My website, my links, all my tweets -- all point to another station so they still benefit them. And as upset as a the cut producer gets, they won't go around and kill/cancel all of those links. In some cases you can't.

Screw me, the producer. Benefit Radionomy.

I'm telling you people, this place is too good to be true. It's a front. They can and will do whatever they please with your station. The more you promote the more you benefit them. There is no benefit for producers. It's a lot of tools to appear producer friendly but when it comes right down to it, it's a poorly run organization that will ultimately disappoint you and can completely crush your station and it's programming whenever they feel like it.

When is your next review? You don't know and you can't do anything about it?

@ezrazmus - you are quite able to kill all the links to your deactivated radio on the main directory sites.
