 Post subject: How does Radionomy work?

I'm interested - just how does Radionomy work? Is it running special playout software for each station or a series of scripts that play the music, jingles etc...

Can anyone answer?

Based on the very first RadioManager, I "think" it's a combination of mysql and a constantly updated version of Liquidsoap on icecast.

The chain also includes the TargetSpot proprietary ad insertion software.
They're not, for good reason, about to let people know how that works.
